Arno has had an eclectic life, having varied experiences from supervising to General Manager; from industrial engineering to Human Resources. These unique experiences allowed him to observe human nature and to question why so many people experienced long and emotional difficulties in their life. He found life incredibly simple if we accept things for what and how they are and adjust accordingly.
