certify.nz is building warrant of fitness (BWOF) inspection software for independent qualified persons (IQPs) in New Zealand. It replaces paper checklists and spreadsheets with one place to run inspections, track buildings and issue reports.
It has checklists for all 16 specified systems, from sprinklers and emergency lighting to lifts and backflow preventers. Each check can be edited to match the building’s compliance schedule. Inspections work on phones, iPads, Surface Pro and laptops. Reports are built for council and auditor review, and every report carries a code so building owners and councils can check it online.
