Gilligan Rowe & Associates (GRA) is a chartered accounting firm based on Broadway in Newmarket, Auckland. Its work centres on property investment accounting, asset planning, tax structures, trusts, business accounting and compliance.
The firm runs separate teams for property, asset planning and business advisory, and offers trustee services. It also provides education for property investors through seminars and a Property School programme. Clients are charged a fixed annual accounting fee, and the firm works with clients across New Zealand and overseas.
